The NKH16 crimper is the ideal tool for ON-SITE hydraulic hose repair jobs. Typically used in agriculture, forestry and by plant operators either loaded at the back of the mobile van or in a workshop as the emergency hose repair tool.
The machine is equipped with a resistant and robust 350 bar hand pump, and a simple adjustment vernier. The double speed hand pump limits the number of pump strokes needed to achieve a crimp. The end of the crimp is indicated thanks to a coloured rod coming out of the vernier when the desired crimp OD is reached.
Hose crimp size: 1 inch 2 wire 3/4 multi.

The NKS-16 is a portable crimping head capable of assembling 1&2-wire hoses up to 1” (DN25). The head is light (20 Kg) compact, stable, easy to handle and equipped with a heavy duty magnetic head which allows you to install the crimping head as close as possible to the hose to be replaced. The head is then activated by a separate hand pump linked to the head by a 2.5m hose assembly.
The separate hand pump support was also designed to make the operator’s life easier as it includes a storage drawer for up to 7 die sets.
